Who we are

The data controller is Solera Mallorca, with its address at Carrer Del Sindicat 74, 07002 Palma, IB, Spain. You can write to us at hola@soleramallorca.com with any question about your data.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, municipality, the service you are interested in, the approximate square metres and what you tell us about your surface, including any photos you send us.
When you commission a job: the address of the site and the billing details needed for the contract and the invoice.
When you browse the website: the basic technical data needed to serve it and, when analytics is enabled, usage statistics such as the pages visited, the type of device and the approximate location you are browsing from.

What we use it for

To answer your request, visit the site if needed and prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
To carry out, invoice and follow up the work commissioned, including letting you know when resealing is due (contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
To keep invoices and records as the law requires (legal obligation, art. 6.1.c GDPR).
To understand how the website is used in order to improve it (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not send advertising without your consent.

Only with providers who need it in order to work for us: the website hosting, the service that delivers the forms to us by email, our email and web analytics. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Union's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Data from an enquiry, up to 24 months. Data from a commissioned job and its invoice, for as long as the law requires, normally between 5 and 6 years. Analytics data, according to the provider's settings.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for its portability and withdraw your consent where the processing is based on it, by writing to hola@soleramallorca.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD).
