What we need to know

The more specific your message, the more accurate the quote. This is what helps:

• The service: new stamped concrete, restoration and resealing, terrace waterproofing, microcement or pavement sealing. If you are not sure, describe the problem.
• Photos, general and close up, with something in the picture for scale.
• Approximate square metres and the shape of the space.
• The use: foot traffic, cars, vans, a pool, a terrace over a living space.
• The current surface: soil, gravel, an old concrete slab, tiles, asphalt.
• Access: whether a lorry can get in, whether there are steps or a wall, whether it is a finca reached by a dirt track.
• The municipality and, if you have one, the timeframe you would like.

Photos or a visit

With good photos and measurements we can quote most reseals, sealing jobs and straightforward waterproofing. For new stamped concrete on unprepared ground, terraces with level changes, leaks or awkward access, we prefer to see the site before giving a figure, because the sub-base and the access are the items that change the price most.

What you receive

A quote with each item listed separately: preparation and sub-base, concrete and thickness, reinforcement, stamping and colour or the system applied, joints and edges, and sealing with the type of resin and the number of coats. If there are two reasonable ways of doing the job, we show you both. You also get an indication of when the protection should be checked, because maintenance is part of the work.
