What to send us
For a first opinion without a visit, three things are enough:
- Photos of the space, from a distance and close up, and of the most damaged area if it is a restoration or a leak.
- Approximate square metres. No need for precision; one long stride is about a metre.
- The municipality and, if it is a finca, what the access is like for a lorry.
If you know which service you need, say so: new stamped concrete, restoration and resealing, terrace waterproofing, microcement or pavement sealing. If you are not sure, describe the problem and we tell you what suits it.
When we reply
We read messages every working day and reply within that time, normally with specific questions or a proposed date to see the site. Visits are arranged by phone or email and cover the whole island from Palma. If you are not on the island, a property manager, key holder or neighbour can let us in and we report back to you with photos.
